We provide onsite coaching to school age and early care education programs striving to achieve a Quality Rated status, recognized by their state, for delivering high-quality education to children ages 0-5. During this process, we offer technical assistance and coaching to help programs implement collaboratively established goals within classrooms and at the leadership level.

Key supports provided during this phase include:
▶️Conducting coaching visits focused on the "Big Three": Interactions, Relationships, and Schedules, along with other topics identified in the program's improvement plan.
▶️ Developing intentional teaching practices aligned with best practices.
▶️Collaborating with program staff to create and implement a plan that incorporates quality standards, best practices, and sustainable solutions.
